Jorge Linares vs Luke Campbell Boxing Sep 23, 2017 - HBO

Linares, a three-division world champion of Barinas, Venezuela, who has captured titles in the
featherweight, super featherweight and lightweight division, has spent much of his career in Japan.
This time, however, Linares will fight in the U.S. for the first time in three years after first
winning and then defending his titles against former WBA World Lightweight Champion Anthony “Million
Dollar” Crolla in the latter’s hometown of Manchester, England.
Linares vs. Campbell is a 12-round fight for the WBA, WBC Diamond and Ring Magazine Lightweight World
Championships, to be held Saturday, September 23 at the ‘Fabulous’ Forum in Inglewood, California.
The championship event is presented by Golden Boy Promotions and Matchroom Boxing, in association
with Teiken Promotions.

“It’s an honor to be fighting Jorge Linares for the WBA World title, WBC Diamond and Ring Magazine
titles in one of the biggest fights in the division.” said Luke Campbell. “I’ve worked my way from
Olympic champion to the No.1 spot in the WBA and WBC rankings, and I feel now is the time to take my
chance. All the pressure is on Jorge headlining back in the States on HBO and I am so confident I am
going to leave with all 3 belts – I have tremendous respect for Jorge and this is going to be an
unbelievable fight but this is the opportunity I have been waiting for as a professional and I must
and will take it on September 23.”

Gilberto Ramirez vs Jesse Hart BOXING Sep 22, 2017-ESPN

The super middleweight world champion of the World Boxing Organization (WBO), Gilberto Ramirez will
return to action on September 22, 2017. at 9:00 p.m. Eastern time against undefeated Jesse Hart.
At 26, Ramirez has the potential to develop into a major star. I’d prefer to see him in a
unification fight against somebody like James DeGale or Badou Jack, but Hart is a worthy opponent.

The Ramírez vs. Hart showdown will be held on September 22 in Tucson, Arizona. Which leaves a space of
two months, enough time for Ramirez to reach the level required for a world championship fight.

“The strongest stage of preparation has already arrived, to travel out to Los Angeles to start [the
full camp]. I am very focused on this fight and the truth is I am very motivated by the opponent.
I hope give the fans a good spectacle and I hope that Hart comes out to fight, as we are Mexicans.”

Both boxers will stake their undefeated records. The champion marches in with a record of 35 wins with
24 knockouts, while his challenger has 22 wins with 18 knockouts.

Main Event:

Gilberto Ramirez vs Jesse Hart BOXING Sep 22, 2017-ESPN

Since 2015, Ramirez has emerged as a top fighter in the division. He beat tough gatekeeper Derek
Edwards in June of that year Gevorg Khatchikian in November. In April 2016, he took the biggest
step of his career, shutting out long-time belt holder Arthur Abraham to capture the WBO strap.

From the moment the contest was confirmed, Ramirez and his team went to work and made a game plan
focused on what they know and what they have seen from Hart. They want to prevent Hart from using
his style of evasive boxing – which they believe he uses to slow down the pace of his fights and
avoid any toe to toe contact.

Barrios. “I have a tough hometown fighter in Naim Nelson standing in my way. My goal is to be explosive
